[Tutorial Block] - This page is a central location where you can keep process checklists.
I recommend creating these checklists inside of your database templates first (such as the YouTube video template). Create a Synced block there, include your checklist content, and then copy and sync the checklist here.
By doing it this way, new content projects will get a unique copy of the checklist that can be edited without changing the main one in the template, which is also synced here.

Editing Checklist
A-Cut
Add footage to Premiere and wait for ingest (ensure ingest is set to put proxies in Drive)
Ensure audio is on Track 1 and sound similar to previous published video
Cut A-Roll
Watch through video to check for good flow
Add color-graded adjustment layer
Upload A-Cut to Frame.io for Thomas' review
B-Roll, Stage 1
Turn off Backup and Sync (to avoid file-saving conflicts)
Watch through A-Cut and note any needed fixes (Thomas)
Create chronological list of B-Roll with descriptions in Frame.io
Tag B-Roll ideas with Gather types
Acquire all needed B-Roll
Add all B-Roll items to Premiere and wait for ingest
Rename all B-Roll items in Premiere to be more descriptive
Add all Premiere B-Roll to main sequence
Export medium-bitrate 1080p Animation Cut for AE Animations

Create Animations.aep in project Drive folder using AE template project
Add Animation Cut to AE and create a master composition from it
Add all graphics and animations in AE
Ensure motion blur is on all necessary layers

Turn off video base layer (and associated audio)
Import AE project into Premiere and put on top layer of main sequence
Add any needed transitions
Add any needed SFX
Add music (ensure main and ad segments have correct music)
Add any needed punch-ins
Watch through video to check for errors (including spelling errors)
Export video - H.264, YouTube 1080p preset

Mark In and Out points around ad
Export medium bitrate ad and upload to Frame.io project
