  • You begin this process by making a list of all of your previous customers and placing them into four different categories:
  1. Which of these customer do I love most?
  2. Which of these people have spent the most money?
  3. Which of these customers did I have the highest operational profit from?
  4. Which of these was the easiest to deliver on?
