The seeds of this website began due to a twofold problem I felt deeply. On one hand, I felt that I could not express the deepest parts of myself to anyone in conversation. Surely part of the problem was my inability to communicate clearly, but it was also the listener’s dwindling attention span or their, all too natural, absorption which led to a lack of interest in anything that wasn’t spoken by themselves. Walt Whitman’s line, “I am large, I contain multitudes” was the constant feeling of my soul and yet I had no way to express my abundance.

Alternatively, I had a compulsive urge to catalogue and index every possible thing I desired to experience whilst alive and then document my pursuit of those experiences. This was a continual obsession throughout my life, but I formally committed to pursue it in my sophomore year of college, when I began making my comprehensive, classic literature list.

Through making the this list I recognized the need of refining one’s taste to only desire the best things in life. Desire drives most everything we do, and it provides one with clarity and focus. Often though, one

  • Talk about how I wanted to pursue so many things and felt overwhelmed.
  • Didint feel enough time. so i decided I had to make a plan of all the Main things to experience. This put me in pursuit of the best things. Thats the journey of my life to pursue the best things. Most of the best things about the human experience though have a hard barrier to entry and work is thecover charge. Thios is where self education come into play. Then conclude with how the further I got away from normal people s interests and concerns I felt no one would listen toi me. This website is an effort to express myself and find people interested in have these kinds of conversations.
