Day: Task Manager.

Maybe the best way to break down big tasks into smaller ones is:

  1. Make an Endeavor.
  2. Then you make a database for that endeavor within it’s page.
  3. Then you make it to where it has subpages and stuff.
  4. You make the database to where it perfectly fits that projects needs.
  5. Then, when that project goes active it will show on the day pages view. You will have a list view of all active projects.
  6. Then you will have the database view of each of those active projects.
  7. You can browse those each day to see whats on the agenda.
  8. Then you just add to-do list taks into synced block.
  9. Synced block can have week’s must do’s and then a brain storm for that day.

This is a great solution because it allows for decentralized control over each project. To try to fit every possible project into the endeavors view would be way too hard.

Now the problem with this is that I won’t be able to assign notes to the most specific parts of a project because it would be unrealistic to have relations to every database that I create. However, I can still link to the endeavor and then just hyperlink to that specific project when writing.
