Task Processing

💡
Ultimate Brain is set up with a full GTD®-style (Getting Things Done) processing center, which you can use... but you also don’t have to. If you’re a GTD® aficionado, this view is for you. If not, you can use the Task ManagerTask Manager views as normal, applying Projects and Due Dates to tasks as you would in a simple task manager.

Tip: Tasks leave the Intake view after they gain a Due Date Snooze Date, or Smart List. For better processing, consider adding a Context and/or Project to each task first, as these properties won’t cause tasks to leave this In view. Note that adding a Project will cause a task to leave the normal Task InboxTask Inbox view.

Note Processing

Here you can process Notes that have been added to the Note InboxNote Inbox. Add them to Areas, Resources, or Projects, tag them with Types, or Archive them if needed. Notes will leave this view once they are given an Area/Resource or Project. Web Clips saved via the Notion Web Clipper will show up in the Web Clip Intake view, where you can process them just like normal notes. Both Areas and Resources have special views that collect Web Clips, so you can keep them separate from your actual notes.
